A TOUR IN KYUSYU, FINAL

We stayed inside of the outer rim of crater named Aso mountains, located in Kumamoto prefecture.

We could see Mt.Nekodake from a hotel we stayed.

Mt.Nakadake. Just erupting.

Mt. Eboshidake inside of Aso mountains. This grass field is very beautiful in spring.

Next day, we went to Kagoshima prefecture.

These photos explain how to enjoy the sand bathing in a hotel in Ibusuki city.
There are hot springs just under the seashore, lieing down in the sand,we could feel very warm.
Staying in sand about 15 minutes, we would go to hot spring bath room and soak in bath tub.

I also enjoyed this sand bath. It was very pleasant.

Sakurajima volcanis island in Kagoshima prefecture.
This island would erupt about a thousand times in a year.
People who live near this island would suffer from volcanic ash all year round.

    1. Merry Witch

  2. Beautiful tour. I am intrigued by the sand bath. And the last capture is just stunning, reveals the force of nature. The huge volcano just covers the entire town. Have a Nice day :)

  4. You're a man of action! Bungee jumping, exploding volcanos ... just like James Bond! ;)

That third photo reminds me of the Ngorongoro Crater in Africa.

Today is going to be a beautiful day, so I want to go hunt a few maple leaves. That's why I'm up so early. またね!

  9. Very, very rugged terrain. It reminds me of Mt. Saint Helens here in Washington state. Thank you for sharing on Weekly Top Shot #59!
