SNOW MONSTER 1/2

We went to look for snowmonsters at Mt.Kattadake in Miyagi prefecture. We went bus bus to the halfway up the mountain.

Then we got on this big snowmobile.

We arrived this place. Here is very near to top of Mt.Kattadake.

We found a big snowmonster, or  a oushirabiso tree covered by Rime ice.

I'm longing for a snow day!

Thank you. It was not so cold. Because the day was fine and almost no winds.
We were very lucky that this fine day would be once in ten days.

  13. Oh my gosh, Minoru, these are incredible pictures. I wonder ... is this amount of snow unusual for your area? So nice to see you this week on Walk and Click Wednesdays!
