  3. I've been here! It's an awesome old pine.

There are many chrysanthemum exhibitions at shrines now. I saw an exhibition at Hikawa Jinja, too. ^^

  15. Think of the history that the ancient pine tree must have lived through! What an amazing sight, with all the supporting posts to help its branches spread over such a wide area! The chrysanthemum arrangements are really creative and beautiful.

PS I loved the the shot from underneath the pine of all the poles holding up the branches. It made the pine look fragile.
